Danielle Warren, M.S., LPC

Danielle has a Master of Science degree majoring in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a fully-licensed Psychotherapist in the state of South Carolina. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and her Master’s degree from John Brown University. Danielle worked as a licensed school-based therapist in Arkansas and in Aiken, SC prior to coming to work at Community Care & Counseling. Danielle utilizes the following theoretical foundations: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play and Sand Tray Therapy.

Kathryn Wade, LPC

She received a Master of Arts-Counseling degree from the Biblical Seminary at Columbia International University in 1999. She is a certified Life Coach with the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Jayshree Lee, MS, LPC-A

Jayshree received a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and her BA in Psychology from Augusta State University. She previously worked as a school-based mental health counselor at Aiken Barnwell Mental Health Center for three local schools in Aiken County:  North Aiken Elementary, Aiken Intermediate School, and Leavelle McCampbell Middle School. Jayshree utilizes CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Carlos Wood, SUD counselor

Education

Carlos retired after twenty years in the U.S. Navy serving as Command Drug and Alcohol Program adviser for ten years. He received his Associates degree in psychology at San Diego City College in California. He was certified as a substance misuse disorder counselor through the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professions (CCAPP). He received his Bachelor of Science at USC Aiken in 2021.

Jessica Howell, LPC-A

Jessie received her Master of Arts degree in clinical mental health counseling from Colorado Christian University. She emphasizes a holistic approach to counseling that focuses on the connection between mind, body, and soul, and how these connections influence the individual throughout the lifespan. Jessie utilizes a combination of theories including cognitive behavioral therapy, Adlerian therapy, and person-centered theory. She also has specialized training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and has experience working with survivors of trauma.

Anthony DaVino, M.A., Ph.D. LPC

Tony is a Licensed Professional Counselor in practice since 1984. He has a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology and a Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Counseling. Tony has been the director of a number of programs for veterans and people with disabilities. He served as a Survivor Assistance Officer during the Vietnam Conflict. Tony provides counseling for:

Marianne Matos, M.S., LPC

Marianne Matos is a licensed professional counselor, (LPC) in SC, LPCS Candidate, National Certified Counselor, (NCC), and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, (ESMHL) through PATH International. 

 

Prior to becoming a counselor, she was a dance teacher and behavioral support specialist working with children and teens.  On a personal note, she is a mom, stepmother, and grandmother and enjoys working with horses in her spare time. Her mission is to help people through critical challenges in their lives and to set the stage for successful outcomes. 

She specializes in women’s issues, underserved populations, crisis, and trauma.
